One star because can't be rated 0. Online order placed on product allegedly In Stock, 3 hours later I go to the store and once I'm there employee starts looking for product. They did not have the item. My car is a two door, all interior trim was removed, my windows were rattling with the wind... They offer to locate in a different store so I can go there to get it. Bought item from NAPA. Autoparts lost my business. Icing on my cake? "There's nothing I can do. madame: I don't have it". In his place I would go in my own car to the closest store. Guess they work for minimum wage (still not an excuse: poor hiring selection and even poorer management). Go to a different store, or better yet, get your stuff from a different vendor.

Yes the lines do tend to take a bit, but these guys and gal are very friendly and knowledgeable. This one store tends to get a little more clients than others from what I've seen. I don't ever see anyone sitting around doing nothing. These folks are outside helping customers and inside tending to their needs. Sometimes people need a bit of patience.
